Rage MP 5 Step Install Guide
Here is a step-by-step Rage MP Install Guide to help you get started! Remember, you do need to own a copy of GTA V before proceeding. You can purchase GTA V from Steam, Epic Games Store or Rockstar. However, I believe for RAGE MP specifically, you need to own your copy through Rockstar. So keep that in mind!
Rage MP Install Guide
- First download the Rockstar launcher.
- Create an account and login.
- Next download the Rage MP client.
- NOTE you likely need to have the Rockstar launcher open before Rage MP will open. I recommend pinning both side by side on your docking station or taskbar to help you remember to open the Rockstar launcher first, when you want to use Rage MP.

- Next, open both Rockstar and Rage MP (should be under downloads) and run them for them to appear on your desktop.
- When Rage MP opens up, at the top, you should see how many servers are available to you and how many players are online.
- If you’re familiar with FiveM, RAGE MP works similarly. Click on any server to join. Note: It may take a few minutes as it loads the assets for that serve.
